Terms of service
By purchasing products from or using the services of the Store, the customer agrees to and is deemed to have accepted these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to all transactions and use of services between the Store and the customer.
Article 2 (Orders)
Customers shall place orders in accordance with the procedures specified by the Store. Once an order is confirmed, a sales contract shall be deemed concluded between the Store and the customer. For the purposes of these Terms, “cancellation” refers exclusively to the cancellation of an order prior to shipment of the product. No cancellations will be accepted for any reason once the product has been shipped.
Article 3 (Payment Methods)
Payment for products shall be made using the payment methods designated by the Store. All payment-related procedures shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service providers. The final charged amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations or processing fees imposed by the payment service provider.
Article 4 (Shipping)
The Store ships internationally from Japan. Shipping methods, delivery times, and compensation coverage shall be governed by the Shipping Policy published on this website and the information displayed during the checkout process. Delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, local logistics conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Store’s control.
Article 5 (Taxes and Duties)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), and/or customs clearance fees. All such charges shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted for reasons related to taxes, duties, or customs procedures, except in cases where the issue is directly attributable to a verifiable error on the part of the Store.
Article 6 (Returns and Cancellations)
Returns and cancellations shall be governed by the Refund Policy published on this website. Returns constitute a procedure separate from cancellations and apply only after the product has been delivered.
Article 7 (Undelivered or Returned Packages)
No refunds or reshipments will be issued in the following cases:
- Return or destruction of the package due to non-payment of taxes or duties
- Refusal of receipt by the customer
- Return or destruction due to prolonged absence of the recipient
- Return or destruction due to customs clearance issues
except when the cause is directly attributable to a verifiable error on the part of the Store.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
Customers shall not engage in any of the following actions:
- Providing false or inaccurate information
- Using the services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the operation of the Store
- Engaging in acts that violate laws, public order, or accepted standards of conduct
Article 9 (Product Use and Liability)
Products sold by the Store are intended solely for their intended use, in accordance with the instructions, warnings, and descriptions provided on the product or the corresponding product page. The Store shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or accident resulting from improper, negligent, reckless use, or use contrary to the product instructions. Nothing in this Article limits or excludes the Store’s liability where such liability is mandatory under applicable law, including, where applicable, consumer protection laws or product liability regulations. In any event, the total liability of the Store shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product in question.
Article 10 (Intellectual Property)
All texts, images, logos, product photographs, and other content published on the Store’s website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and belong to the Store or their respective rightful owners. Commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or reuse of product images without prior authorization from the Store is strictly prohibited, including use on third-party sales platforms.
Article 11 (Amendment of the Terms)
The Store may amend these Terms when deemed necessary. The amended Terms shall take effect upon their publication on this website.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Article 13 (Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks)
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement related to an order, the customer agrees to first contact the Store and attempt to resolve the matter amicably before initiating any dispute, claim, or chargeback with payment providers or other external entities.
Article 14 (Wholesale Membership)
We offer a wholesale membership program for business customers. Registration as a wholesale member is subject to application and approval, and shall become effective only upon completion of our prescribed review and approval by us.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether an application for wholesale membership is approved or rejected, and we are not obligated to disclose the reasons for such determination.
Customers who have been approved as wholesale members may, by signing in through the method designated by us, purchase products through wholesale member–only pages or under wholesale-specific terms and conditions.
Customers who are not wholesale members may also purchase products at regular retail prices without registering for an account.
Wholesale pricing, transaction terms, and offered services are available exclusively to wholesale members and do not apply to other customers. Such pricing, terms, and services may be changed or modified at our discretion without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke, in whole or in part, a customer’s wholesale membership without prior notice if we determine that the customer no longer meets our prescribed conditions.
Any matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by separate notices, guidelines, or policies established by us.
Language
These Terms and all related policies are provided in multiple languages for the convenience of customers. The default display language of this Store is English, and the English version shall be the legally controlling and prevailing version. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, difference in interpretation, or dispute arising from translation or wording between language versions, the English version shall prevail and be used for interpretation, enforcement, and dispute resolution, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law. Versions provided in other languages are offered solely for reference and convenience and do not replace or override the English version.
