Our store ships internationally from Japan.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and conditions in the destination country.


Shipping Methods

Estimated Delivery Time

(Does not include order handling time, which may take up to 5 business days)

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Economy Shipping: 14–30 days
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance procedures or local logistics conditions.


Shipment Tracking

All shipping methods include a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information.


Shipping Coverage and Compensation

  • Economy Shipping: Includes tracking, but does not include carrier compensation. Refunds or reshipments are not guaranteed in the event of loss, damage, or non-delivery, except when the cause is directly attributable to a verified error on the part of our store.
  • Standard / Express Shipping: Include tracking and limited coverage against loss or damage.

For safer delivery, we recommend selecting Standard or Express Shipping.


Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations or refunds will not be accepted for reasons related to customs duties, taxes, or customs procedures, except in cases where the issue is directly attributable to a verified error on the part of our store.


Undelivered or Returned Orders

No refunds or reshipments will be issued in the following cases:

  • Return or destruction due to non-payment of customs duties or taxes
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient
  • Prolonged absence of the recipient
  • Return or destruction due to customs clearance issues

except when the cause is directly attributable to a verified error on the part of our store.


Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
Please review your order details carefully before shipment.


Shipping Address Information

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, delays, returns, or loss of the package may occur.
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered accurately.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO/DPO addresses worldwide.
If an order is placed with a PO Box address or an APO/FPO/DPO address, the order will be cancelled prior to shipment.
Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.
