Refund policy

■ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before the item has been shipped. This cancellation policy does not apply to wholesale orders.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For the purposes of this policy, “cancellation” refers exclusively to the termination of an order prior to shipment. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.


■ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns are a procedure separate from cancellations and apply only after the item has been delivered.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items should be returned in their original condition. If the item has been used, a partial refund may be issued.

Return conditions vary depending on the reason for the return, as outlined below.

1) Returns Due to Customer Preference

Returns due to customer preference include, but are not limited to, the following cases:

  • Minor differences between product images and the received item
  • Incorrect size or improper use
  • Incorrect product selection
  • The product is no longer needed

2) Returns Due to Store Error

(Return shipping costs will be covered by the store)

Cases considered to be attributable to store error include:

  • Shipment of an incorrect product
  • Damage caused by inadequate packaging
  • Manufacturing defects (initial defects)

Important Clarification Regarding Images and Descriptions

Minor differences resulting from lighting conditions, photographic angles, natural characteristics of materials (such as color, grain, texture, or finish), or variations inherent in the manufacturing process shall not be considered defects or store errors.

Only when the received product is objectively and substantially different from the essential product description, and at the store’s reasonable discretion, based on general commercial standards and objective product information, may it be considered a store-attributable error.


■ Return Procedure (Important)

Before returning any item, prior contact with our store is mandatory. All returns must be sent using a shipping method that includes a tracking number.

Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Returns made without prior notice
  • Returns sent without a tracking number

Once the returned item has arrived at our facility and has been inspected, the applicable refund will be processed.

Depending on the situation, we may request photographs of the product.


■ Refunds for Returned Items

In the following cases, a full refund may not be possible:

  • Used products
  • Opened products whose commercial value has been significantly reduced
  • Damage or contamination caused by improper use or handling by the customer

In such cases, the refund amount may be reasonably and proportionally adjusted based on the degree of product depreciation.


■ Taxes, Duties, and Customs Procedures (Important)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and/or customs clearance fees. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If the product cannot be released by customs in the destination country due to:

  • Non-payment of taxes or duties
  • Missing required documentation
  • Local import regulations or restrictions

cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted for reasons related to taxes or customs procedures, except in cases where the issue is directly attributable to a verifiable error on the part of the store.


■ Undelivered or Returned Packages

No refunds or reshipments will be issued in the following cases:

  • Return or destruction due to non-payment of taxes or duties
  • Refusal of the package by the recipient
  • Return or destruction due to customs clearance issues
  • Return or destruction due to prolonged absence of the recipient

except when the cause is directly attributable to a verifiable error on the part of the store.


■ Refund Method

When a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund processing time depends on the policies of the payment service provider.


■ Wholesale Sales (Membership System)

For orders placed under the wholesale (membership-based) system, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed.

All other conditions shall be governed by the same criteria applicable to regular sales, unless otherwise specified.


■ Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects the mandatory consumer rights granted under the applicable laws and regulations of the customer’s country of residence.
